Here, all we did was begin to wrap the jute around the top of our bottle as shown below:
After we glued the ends to keep the jute in place, we added a seashell right in the center using super glue.
For our next bottle, we didn't add as much jute, only a few wraps around the top.
We decided to put a sea dollar on this bottle. We slipped the jute through one of the holes in the sea dollar. Then tied the jute in the back, allowing the sea dollar to dangle just a bit.
Can't forget to add a star fish!

We tied jute around the neck of the bottle so we could hang them. Make yours whatever length you want!
