DIY DORM DECOR PART 2 – Boho Throw Pillow

DIY dorm decor idea number two! This idea is a simple and easy way to decorate your new bunk! All you need is an old throw pillow and a trim that makes your heart happy. Check out our new boho throw pillow below. Remember you can decorate your pillow however you would like to! Our design is just one idea. What you’ll need: 1) Pillow 2) Needle 3) Thread 4) Sequins 5) Trim of your choice (we used two different trims to create our pillow) 6) Scissors IMG_6252 Get Started: Step 1: Lay trim over pillow to measure the length needed for your design Step 2: Cut trim to the length needed IMG_6270 IMG_6268 Step 3: Pin trim down to pillow IMG_6280 IMG_6282 IMG_6287 IMG_6285 Step 4: Hand sew trim down to pillow IMG_6300 IMG_6297 IMG_6299 Step 5: Hand sew sequins to pillow IMG_6388 IMG_6397 Step 6: Give your new pillow a fluff and enjoy!
