- Whole grain toast
- 2 cups of spinach
- Boiled egg
- Minced onions, salt, red pepper flakes, olive oil
- Almond slivers
Begin by:
- toasting your bread
- saute the spinach and minced onions together
- boil your egg and wait for it to fully cook
Once you have done all that, add the spinach on top of the toast. Next, slice the egg and place on top of the spinach. Finish it off by sprinkling the sliced almonds, salt, red pepper flakes and olive oil to the top.
