"I ordered bracelets December 4th. After weeks of not receiving when it days 3-5 business days. I contacted support. No respomse. I tried messaging on social media and they responded. When I asked if they could send or refund they I stated I wait and contact them AFTER Christmas. So they took my money, gave me no products and no refund to buy something else before Christmas. So I\u2019m out on money and bracelets. Terrible company and customer service. "
