- Blank gift bags
- Craft paints (red, pink, copper)
- Pencil
- Heart stencil
Place the heart stencil in the center of the bag.
Take the eraser end of the pencil, and dip it into whichever paint color you would like to start with first.
Create dots all around the shape of the heart stencil.
Continue to layer this pattern. Switch up and blend the colors as you add dots around the heart. Keep the dots close together for the first few layers, then begin to spread them out. This will create a dispersed effect as seen in the photos below.
