Rice Crispy Treat Pops

Rice crispy treats are always a crowd pleaser, but have you ever had bright chocolate covered rice crispy's?? Look no further. Today, we will teach you how to bring the perfect spring treat to any get-together. Who else can't stop baking with all these Spring colors to add to the mix? It makes it that much more fun! We can't wait to share this simple recipe. What you will need:

Rice crispy cereal
Colorful mini marshmallows + butter
White chocolate melts
Sprinkles + Candy pop sticks

Step 1: Start by melting 3 cups of marshmallows on the oven in a sauce pan. You will need 3 tablespoons of butter to add with it. Keep on heat until completely melted. Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

Step 2: Remove from heat and add 4 1/2 cups of rice crispy cereal. Mix well. Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

We added a few more unmelted marshmallows to add to the mix for more color and texture. Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset

Step 3: Once mixed, add sprinkles. Next, grease down pan and flatten the rice crispy mix inside the pan. Cut into squares. Once you pressed and cut, put in the fridge to cool. Processed with VSCO with a6 preset

Step 4: Let the treats cool for 20 minutes. Once cooled, remove from the fridge and stick the candy pop sticks in the bottom to create a rice crispy treat pop! Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset

Step 5: Now that all the treats are on the pop sticks, melt down the white chocolate melts. Follow the instructions on the back of the bag. Then cover the tops in the chocolate! Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset

Step 6: Finishing dipping them all in the chocolate then add sprinkles to top it off! Let cool in the fridge until ready to serve. Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset
