Our fave places to ski in the U.S. this season

Winter is officially in full swing, and that can only mean one thing: SKI SEASON IS UPON US! 🎿 Whether you’re hitting the slopes with your family, a group of friends, or you decide to go solo, you’re sure to find something here that fits your vibe.

Keep reading for a comprehensive list of our favorite ski resorts across the country, along with…….drumroll please…….the absolute cutest Pura Vida pieces to take with you on each trip so you can rep the west coast and channel your inner snow queen no matter where you are!

Vail, Colorado

First up on our list is Vail, Colorado. The third-largest single-mountain ski resort in the country, Vail Ski Resort is unlike any other! Our fave part? The Village of course ❄️ Vail Village uniquely takes after European villages as opposed to the more 19th century American style seen in other nearby resorts, which makes it the perfect European escape without even having to leave the country!

Skiing not your thing? Don’t fret – Vail also has some of the highest-rated snowmobiling and snowshoeing activities in the country!

Now for the real fun – rock the California State of Mind Sweatshirt on your next trip to Vail.

Park City, Utah

Next up, we’re diving into Park City, Utah. Equally enticing for the luxury traveler and the budget-friendly traveler, Park City offers tons of activities to get into year-round! Known for hosting the snowboarding events during the 2002 Olympics, this mountain actually has tons of training courses for the U.S. Ski Team. You can even bobsled down the Olympic track at the Utah Olympic Park!

Only here for the après-ski? Park City features 150+ restaurants and tons of spas, food tours, and even cooking classes!

In the mood to show off your ski skills? Take this gorgeous Lady Luck Set with you for a little extra advantage when you’re hitting those slopes.

Palisades Tahoe, California

With over 6,000 acres to ski and board across, Palisades Tahoe is the perfect winter destination! Similar to Vail, this mountain has a European-inspired village that boasts 50+ restaurants and bars, along with galleries and boutiques to ensure you always have something fun to do!

This Icicle Pack is the PERFECT accessory to rock while skiing or boarding in Palisades Tahoe! Warning: may trigger excessive sense of adventure! ⚠️

Stowe, Vermont

Looking for something closer to the East Coast? Stowe, Vermont is the place to be! Referred to as the birthplace of alpine skiing in Vermont, Stowe Mountain is actually home to the nation's oldest Ski Patrol! Friendly to beginners and experts alike, this resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for some fresh powder 🤙🏽

If that’s not enough, Stowe Mountain has one of the longest ski seasons in the entire country, making it a hot spot destination even during off-peak season. Just like Vail, Stowe offers many activities outside of skiing and snowboarding, such as ice skating, sleigh-riding, and even dogsledding!

Looking for some flair to add to your trip to Stowe? Check out PV’s The Ocean Is Calling Hoodie for cozy vibes all year round! The extra soft and buttery fabric means you can throw the hood on under or over your helmet comfortably 🙏🏽

Happy skiing (and accessorizing)!
