It doesn’t get dreamier than this. 💭 We’re still riding the (literal) high of our latest Live Free Tour Stop in Oahu, Hawaii; an unforgettable trip stamped with awe-striking helicopter rides and kite flying through a jungle oasis. It’s no secret that the state of Hawaii has so much beauty and adventure to offer across their 137 islands, and our time spent in Oahu was certainly no exception. This trip, we were joined by three of our amazing creator friends who call the island home: Chamey Wright, Carissa Dryer, and Chloe Hardy. Together, we set out on a jam-packed itinerary to make the most of a once-in-a-lifetime kind of trip. 🌅
We were off to an early start to the day with a pre-sunrise wake up call to embark on a scenic drive across the island. Waiting on the other side? A doors-off helicopter ride with Magnum Helicopters over the expansive vistas of Oahu, highlighted by water so clear we were able to see sea turtles swimming beneath us. 🐢 The breath-taking tour ended upon a mountain top where the group got to savor the moment with some pictures and enjoy panoramic views.
Once landed, it was time for the next exciting stop on the agenda: a tropical adventure through the lush Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden. 🌺 Here, we enjoyed a group picnic and basked in what was a stunning summer day filled with endless sunshine. A morning packed to the brim with adventure can work up an appetite, so we then headed over to Lanikai Juice, a Hawaii-staple, to enjoy Açaí bowls with fresh and delicious island fruit.
What would a trip to Hawaii be without a trip to the beach? After lunch, the group set up camp at Lanikai Beach for the afternoon and made the absolute most of the crystal-clear water and flawless weather with tanning, swimming, and fun photoshoots. The group then headed to the north end of the island to fly kites and have a bite to eat before rounding out the day. Together, we not only had a picture-perfect day and made the most amazing memories, but we looked good while doing it, donned in Pura Vida’s iconic Friendship Packs.
