- Almond milk
 - Spinach
 - Chia seeds
 - Peanut butter powder
 - 1 fresh banana + 1 frozen banana
 
1 cup of almond milk
A handful or 2 of spinach
After the spinach, add 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
1 fresh banana and 1 frozen banana
Lastly add a 1/2 cup of peanut butter powder. Next, blend all together! If you would prefer a thinker consistency, add some ice.
Top it off with some chia seeds and frozen raspberries. Yum!
