Garden Carrot Cupcakes

Easter is right around the corner! Can you believe it? We have created a fun, festive recipe to help you celebrate. Let’s get started! What You’ll Need: 1) 1 box chocolate cake mix 2) 3 eggs 3) Vegetable oil 4) White chocolate chips 5) Orange food coloring 5) Strawberries 6) Chocolate frosting 7) Oreos 8) Small mason jars Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Step 2: Make cake mix (follow directions on box) Step 3: Fill mason jars 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes Step 4: Melt white chocolate chips Step 5: Add orange food coloring to melted chocolate Step 6: Dip strawberries in melted chocolate Step 7: Let dipped strawberries set on parchment paper Step 9: Frost cupcakes and cover with crushed Oreos Step 10: Add chocolate dipped strawberry + ENJOY What is your favorite Easter treat?
