Distressed Spring Mason Jars

Nothing like bringing Spring into your home like these distressed spring mason jars! They are the most adorable touch to any room. Feel the happy spring vibes by adding fresh flowers in the mix. We will show you step by step how to make these mason jar flower vases as your PERFECT spring decor. Follow along! What you will need:
  1. 3 mason jars
  2. chalk paint + paint brush
  3. yellow + white paint or paint pens
  4. sand paper
  5. fresh flowers!
Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset Start by covering the jars in chalk paint. You may have to paint 2 layers for better coverage. We went with a light mint blue/green. Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset Once you have painted all 3, let them dry completely. Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset Now that they are dried, take sand paper and go over all the writing on the jars. Be intentional when choosing where you will distress the paint. Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset Processed with VSCO with hb1 preset Now time to add the painted daisies on the jar! You can use paint pens or regular craft paint.
