Pay close attention to the air flowing into your lungs and be intentional with your breaths.
Stay focused. Take in the good + release the bad energy.
Take moments just to be still and give yourself time take it all in. Feel the breeze, smell the salt.
At the end of the day, go over what you are grateful for. Make a mental list of all the good thats to come your way and how you will achieve just that. Taking time for yourself is so important, yet we often forget to take a minute and just breathe.
